If you’ve got a spare $200million in the bank, then Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion could be yours.
The home of some of history’s wildest parties is officially for sale and all for the bargain price of $200 million.
The only catch …a condition of the sale is Hefner, 89, gets a lifetime estate, meaning he still gets the run of the 6-acre party palace until he dies.
Playboy Enterprises, which owns Hefner’s home listed the property with Hilton & Hyatt and the Agency on Monday, but real estate sources told TMZ a more realistic sale price is $90 million.
Playboy CEO Scott Flanders said, “This is the right time to seek a buyer for this incredible property who understands the role the Mansion has played… and enables us to continue to reinvest in the transformation of our business.”
The 29-room home measures 22,000-square-feet, is situated in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills neighborhood and boasts a separate game house and zoo.
The mansion has appeared in numerous TV shows and movies over the years, such as Sex and the City, The Apprentice and The House Bunny.
