Denise Richards has slammed ex-husband Charlie Sheen in court documents, claiming he has evicted her and the kids from their home and threatened them.
In papers obtained by TMZ, the actress alleges Sheen sold the home he’d promised to their daughters Sami, 11, and Lola, 10 and forced her and the girls to move last September without finding them a new residence.
Richards, 44, alleges she agreed to move into the seven-bedroom Mullholland Estates house Sheen had purchased next door to his own, when he promised not to evict them and told her how he wanted to “repair his relationship with his children.”
But she revealed how over the next few years Sheen, who revealed he was HIV positive last November, became hostile and agressive.
She claims he threatened to give their daughters’ Christmas gifts to the homeless in 2013, around the same time he first began to threaten to evict his ex from the home.
Worse still, Richards also claims Sheen once called their daughter Lola ‘a f***ing pig w***e’ in a conversation she overheard while also telling the child ‘I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom.’
Sheen, 50, also allegedly texted Lola in 2013, when she was just eight years old: ‘Have a merry Xmas with your loser f***s**t mom… your dad is a rock star genius … your mom is a p*** wart.’
The former Bond girl is now asking a judge for $1.2million to purchase a new home.
Richards’ rep told E! News, “Denise is fighting for her children. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. This is about him providing for the children as he agreed to do.”
But Sheen’s lawyer told TMZ Charlie believes this is “a desperate attempt to get more money.”
He added: “In addition to what Charlie has been paying Denise, he also pays for school, all expenses and it’s still not enough for her.
“He intends to fight this and believes he will prevail.”
Richards also spoke out about the ordeal on Twitter and hit back at the lawyer.
She wrote: “Marty Singer u being the trustee should support a mom fighting to keep it intact for the children. It’s their money, not mine or your client”
In another post she added: “Mr. Singer according to your calculations to @TMZ your client owes me an enormous balance. Wow thank u!”
