Caitlyn Jenner has settled a lawsuit with a woman who was involved in a fatal car crash.
The 66-year-old reality star was invlolved in the accident last February.
Following the accident Jessica Steindorff asked for compensatory and punitive damages and now she and Jenner have settled for an undisclosed amount of money, according to court documents.
In February, Kim Howe was killed in the multi-vehicle crash after her car was pushed into oncoming traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
Officials determined Howe had hit her brakes after a Prius driven by Steindorff stopped in front of her for unknown reasons.
Jenner then rear-ended Howe, causing her to swerve into oncoming traffic.
In her lawsuit, Steindorff claimed she suffered loss of wages and earning capacity and she also sought compensation for hospital and medical expenses.
It is believed Jenner’s insurance paid for the settlement.
But Caitlyn is not out of the woods yet.
There are still two other lawsuits stemming from the collisions that have yet to be resolved, one involving the driver and passengers of a Hummer and the other involving the two adult stpechildren of the deceased Lexus driver.
